ELVIS IN PERSON AT CHICAGO STADIUM THE POPE IS COMING

L’etichetta Infinity Records ha annunciato l’uscita di un nuovo doppio cd intitolato “Elvis In Person At Chicago Stadium The Pope Is Coming” con i due concerti del 17 giugno 1972 al Chicago Stadium. 

Lo spettacolo serale è inedito, per anni era noto solo attraverso un paio di minuti di filmati 8mm presenti in alcune pubblicazioni. 

L’evening show inizia con due brani cantati dalle Sweet Inspirations, “Ain’t No Sunshine” di Bill Withers e la loro canzone “Sweet Inspiration” e sulle note di Zarathustra, la folla acclama Elvis dicendo “The Pope Is Coming!”, da qui il titolo di questo doppio cd.

Presentato in confezione digipack pieno di foto inedite, contiene anche lo spettacolo pomeridiano appena rimasterizzato!
